If you cannot make it to your session,
please call at least 4 hours in advance.
If you are "no call/no show" client, we reserve the right to charge you a $20.00 missed appointment fee.
At any time, we reserve the right to refuse our services to you.
SALES TAX will added to your total in compliance
with current law unless we have
received a current prescription from your physician, chiropractor
or other qualified health care professional.
We accept CASH, Check, Visa/Mastercard/Discover for payments.
A $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
